The lack of a standard motor and mechanical couplings results in ultra smooth and ultra quiet operation. The Ultra Shear is also simple to operate and requires very little maintenance. This system is ideal for homogenizing and suspending of small lab samples.

High Quality Ultra Shear Homogenizing Probes are easy to attach and clean. These probes are made of stainless steel and PTFE to guarantee optimal chemical resistance. The Ultra Shear design allows for sample cooling during processing. Drive unit and Homogenizing Probes are sold separately.
