(Part Number: 21-82041
) FASTH21 - Automated Multi-Sample Homogenizer
The FASTH21 is only available for sale in the U.S.A.
& Canada.
The FASTH21 is a closed system designed to automatically homogenize up to 4 samples simultaneously and process up to 250 samples per hour while offering superior ease in handling and a high safety standard. It is particularly suitable for soft tissue or food samples such as meat, milk, infant food, honey, kidney/liver, vegetables, plants, bacteria, fungi, etc. for analysis of residues, hormones, pesticides, vitamins, authenticity, pathogens, growth promoters, allergens, GMO’s, functional proteins, etc. For food analysis testing, microbial yields can usually be increased by an order of magnitude when compared to traditional bag mixing technology. The FASTH21 utilizes unique color-coded racks, each of which holds up to four disposable processing vessels. Seven racks can be loaded into the FASTH21 at a time allowing for walk-away processing of 28 samples per cycle. Color codes correspond to processing time which can be varied from 30 seconds to 105 seconds depending on which of the five racks is chosen. Racks are automatically advanced to four independent motors for quiet processing of the samples. New racks can be fed into the unit at anytime during homogenization. The FASTH21 operates with FOODcon7 (5mL-30mL) and Prypcon (2mL-6mL) unique closed, disposable homogenization containers. These containers are ideal for processing a wide variety of plant and animal tissues. Includes motor unit, five tube holder racks and instruction manual. Features
