Using the wide window 35mm generator probe, homogenize at 5,000 10,000rpm for 30-90 minutes. Once the first run is complete, attach the narrow window (standard) 35mm probe to the MES homogenizer and homogenize at 5,000 - 10,000rpm for 30-90 minutes.
