50–70 mg of magnetic
nanoparticles was added to 1 mL of phosphate buffer (0.05 M. pH 7.4). The
mixture was sonicated using an ultrasonic homogenizer (sonicator) for 15 min
after adding 0.5 mL of carbodiimide solution (0.05 M. pH 7.4).
