particles. The iron nanoparticles were suspended in 0.1% fetal bovine serum
cell culture media at a concentration of 2.5 mg/ml. Once the nanoparticles were
dispersed in 0.1% FBS cell culture media, the suspension was indirectly
sonicated at 4°C for 10 min with an ultrasonic homogenizer (sonicator) at
amplitude 100% and cycle 1.
