Livers from groups of 5-6 mice were pooled and homogenized in ince-cold 0.25 m-sucrose by means of a rotor stator homogenizer (ultra-turrax) to obtain a 20 % homogenate that was centrifuged at 15 000 g for 10 min and at 105 000 g for 60 min at 2 degrees Celsius.
