Fifty seeds (20 g f.w.) were homogenized in a rotor stator homogenizer (ultra-turrax) with 20 ml 0.05 m Na2HPO4-KH2PO4 (pH 7.4). Acetone (30 ml) was added, and the material was ground again and centrifuged at 3,000 for 15 min.
