The inoculum which was spread uniformly over the surface of the medium was a mycelial suspension (1 ml) prepared by homogenizing mycelia (60 mg [wet weight]} in sterile distilled water (40 ml) for 30 s with a rotor stator homogenizer (ultra-turrax).
